Shipping and delivery

Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom is free.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch your order within 2 working days. Delivery takes 6 to 12 working days after dispatch. We email you tracking information when your order is dispatched. These times are estimates.

Carriers

Orders are delivered by FedEx or by the national postal service. You cannot choose the carrier. We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays, and a signature may be asked for on delivery.

Please give your full delivery address, with any access code, so that your parcel reaches you on time.

Parcels returned to us

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, was not collected or was refused, we refund your order to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the parcel. If you prefer, we can issue a voucher instead.
