This policy explains how we use your personal data when you visit this website or place an order. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery and billing addresses, email address, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card, not your full card number.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser, device and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages you send us, such as emails about an order.

To place an order you must give us your name, delivery address and email address. Without them we cannot deliver your order.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To take, deliver and refund your orders and to deal with your questions. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
  • To keep records for accounting and tax. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure, and to understand how the website is used. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To send you marketing emails and to show you relevant advertising. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only where needed, with our website and checkout provider (Shopify), payment providers, delivery carriers, suppliers who prepare and send your order, and analytics, email and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. These companies act on our instructions or under their own privacy policies.

5. Transfers outside the UK

We are based in Latvia. The UK recognises the European Economic Area as providing adequate protection, so you can send us your data. Some of our providers are in other countries, such as the United States and Canada. For these transfers we rely on the UK adequacy regulations, including the UK-US data bridge, or on approved contract terms: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. 6. How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe. We delete other data when we no longer need it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. You can also object to marketing at any time. To use any of these rights, email us at contact@fluffypyjamas.co.uk. We reply within one month. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that the website needs to work and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. These cookies and similar tools come from Shopify (basket, checkout and security), Google (to measure visits and the results of our advertising), Meta (the Meta Pixel, to measure and show advertising) and Klaviyo (to recognise your visit and send you the emails you asked for). You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on this website or in your browser.

If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
