Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel an online order. We give you 60 days. You do not need to give a reason.

The 60 days end 60 days after the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from the last delivery.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email to contact@fluffypyjamas.co.uk or by post to SIA "AFDS GLOBAL", Latgales iela 222B-25, Rīga, LV-1019, Latvia. Please include your order number and the items concerned. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

You keep your right to cancel as long as you send us your message before the 60 days end.

Sending the goods back

Please send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 60 days after you tell us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning them. Please keep proof of postage. More about returns is on our Returns and Refunds page.

Your refund

We will refund every payment we received from you for the cancelled items, including any delivery charges if you cancel the whole order.

We refund to the payment method you used, at no cost to you, within 14 days of the day we receive the goods or the day you show us proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
