Returns

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. This is longer than the 14 days required by law. Please then send the items back without undue delay, and no later than 60 days after you tell us. The full legal wording is on our Right to Cancel page.

Please return items unused and in the condition you received them, in the original packaging where possible. You may open and try an item as you would in a shop to check that you like it.

To return an item, email us at contact@fluffypyjamas.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm the return address by reply. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

You pay the cost of sending an item back, unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please keep proof of postage.

Refunds

When we have received and checked your return, we will email you to confirm and tell you whether the refund is approved. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 7 days of approval. In any case, we refund within 14 days of the day we receive the item or the day you show us proof that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free, so there is normally no delivery charge to refund.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider, as banks can take a few days to show it. If you still have no refund after that, email us at contact@fluffypyjamas.co.uk.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from your order, email us a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return cost. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we have it. If it was not marked as a gift, or the buyer had it sent to themselves, the refund goes to the buyer.
